Jewel has an ear infection

So Jewel has an inner ear infection. Sad

She is going to the vet this weekend to get meds and clear up that little problem. I will post updates after her vet trip.

Ok, back from the vet. The vet says that Jewel is very healthy and the ear infection is not bad. They gave her a shot of baytril (Jewel wasn't happy about it, but she was on her best behavior) and I have to give her some baytril orally twice a day for 2 weeks. She said that should clear things up, but if not Vibramycin is what I will start her on in 2 weeks.

Oh yeah....the vet offered me a job. Very Happy

So I am to take my resume in and we will see what happens Very Happy

I turned in my resume and she said she will call when she has a slot open for me.

Jewel seems to have gotten a little worse and is now on Vibramycin as well... And boy is she fighting hard not to take her meds. I feel like I have to tie her little hands up just to hold her head straight to get them in her mouth. But I always get them in there and she always takes it all which is good.
