Meet Honey and Scamp:

Honey was rescued from a house where she was placed in a giant hamster ball and the 4 year old threw her around (it was a ball with an animal in it, what is so amusing about that?)

Poor honey. Why would a parent let a 4 year child throw a hamster around?? It's plain cruel.

I guess they didn't care. She is here now and doesn't have to worry about that anymore.

I'm sure she is too, but she is STILL shy. Not a big deal as she does come and sit with me sometimes and loves it if I have treats. Then she follows me around like "hey I want more!" even if she has gotten 2 more than her limit. Honey is the only one who understand what to do in the giant hamster ball. Scamp sits there like "uh...what am I supposed to do?"

So Honey can trust somebody now. I wouldn't like if I was owned by people whe let 4 year olds threw me sround.
