And I thought I was bad....Ok so I went with my fiance to get crickets and frozen mice for my reptiles and I was there just for those, I didn't look around. Then my fiance says "we will take them" and I turned around and was all we will take what? They had a hairless rat who just had little babies and was being bullied cause she was the only female in with 5 males plus her 6 babies. Of course babies means mate time again to the boys.
So we welcome Serenity and her 6 babies to the family. No pics yet, as I want her to settle in first. The babies are 5 hrs old and nursing well with their big fat milk bellies.

Well good luck with the new ratties. I don't like how petstores but male with female.

Yeah, I do too. I'm surprised I've only gotten one pregnant female. And now this one, but she doesn't count as pregnant...she already had them.

Keep em. I have a boy cage and a girl cage so when they grow up they won't be together.

 Ok so I went to check on Serenity and her babies....there are now 8 babies...not 6. I so thought she was done....

be careful, sometimes hairless rats have a hard time lactating. your a good person for what you did!
