Alright, this is probably going to sound really stupid, but if we want this site to grow we're going to have to start doing this.
I know that a lot of you belong to PetsHub, and maybe other sites also. When you post a topic in one of the other forums, post it here too! Just because we're not packed full with very knowledgeable people (yet Wink

) doesn't mean we'll never be.

We'll never grow if we don't do this. If you see a game or a very popular topic, carry it over onto here. It will attract people.

I can't really find people I can tell them about my site that they will join. If I pm people from other sites I'll get in trouble. And in school most people don't really like pets.

I've posted a thread in 2 other chat rooms, but the mods in there keep deleting them. So I've just added the link to my siggy. And hopefully people will answer.

I wouldn't think that would get you banned, but it may get deleted right away.

Oh and be careful they can see your IP address too. That will never change, unless you use another computer.

Well I've joined another 3 chat rooms and posted something in all my signatures. Lets see if that helps.

We can do what I am doing right now to try and get my website off the ground. I started my site on October 17th. www.prettypetz.net. Post on craigslist in all the major cities. Some people will delete you but you can keep doing it. It brought some traffic to my site. But its always worth a try. I can also put this link on my site also. if you wanted it. I can just say that this is the preffered forum for my site because its new as well. what do you think?

PH might be able to see your IP, but if you only spam once its not something that they are going to pay attention to your IP for.. The reason I was once banned from Petshub is because I made one or two fake accounts and spammed every single forum (that was a very long time ago, and I did it for some other forum)... If you only post once then it isn't really spamming, It's asking a favor. It would be best though to make the thread when there are lots of people on, so if the mods do decide to delete it people will still see it before hand. It isn't like the mods are on 24/7.

Well sometimes the people would not go because somebody spamed. I'm putting the website on other forums that yur allowed to post your website.

Amandala decided to help me, but I didn't ask her to.. And When enough was enough I kept telling her to stop but she wouldn't listen. Really though, I highly regret ever spamming.. Even though it was only about 9 months ago, I feel like grown up a lot and learned a lot since then.

We could print out paper with the website (you can also do this with your website) and have strips so people can rip off the site and we put it on a board or something and people who want to go on the site can tear the piece off and get on the site

We can also write that the site is free.
