Mouse in the shoeSo this morning I was getting ready to leave the house and there was something in my shoe. I couldn't figure out what it was cause I did the beating it against the ground and nothing came out but when I put my foot back in it was in a different spot. So I stuck my and in to get it out and I felt fur! That was weird so I got a little flashlight and stuck it in and this little skinny mouse looked at me. I had a mouse in my shoe!! I stuck her in an aquarium and then I realized that she was originally from my females cage. Then I remembered the other night when my fiance woke me up to help him catch something. There was a mouse loose in my room. These two escapees are Viennas babies (adults now) and both were from the female cage...so 2+2= they are escaping somehow and now I'm still missing some. Thankfully my cat has yet to turn any up...

You should try using a victor live trap. When I had 13 mice(me and sis bred a mouse almost 2 years ago, most of the 11 babies died of gentic disorders. the parents died of old age) we had some get out a couple times, we baited the trap with PB.. We got them back because we would be cleaning the tank, and they would come to find the other mice.. If you put dirty bedding in a trap you sould be able to catch them
